Website information is general

Descriptions and general guidance on this site are informational. They are not a binding quote for your specific machine or situation unless we confirm one to you directly. We will discuss and agree any proposed transaction and its terms with you separately.

Repair inquiries

Submitting the Repair form is a request for us to review your problem. It is not a diagnosis or a repair commitment, and it does not arrange a drop-off, transfer custody of your machine to us, or authorize an inspection or repair.

Any guidance we give back is preliminary: it cannot identify every fault or safety hazard your machine may have. A specific assessment, scope of work, price, and any repair guarantee are discussed and agreed separately, before work begins, once we have inspected the machine or spoken with you directly.

Selling a machine

Submitting the Sell form starts our review of your machine — it does not guarantee that we will buy it, and it does not require you to sell. Any offer is made separately, after review, and is not created by the form itself.

Business & Volume

A Business & Volume inquiry asks us to review a lot, return stream, or recurring supply — it does not create a purchasing commitment on our part, and it does not commit you to sell, ship, or supply anything.

Shipping, pickup, and other transaction terms

Any price, turnaround, warranty, shipping, pickup, drop-off, or service terms for a specific transaction are communicated separately and are not established by general website content. Submitting a Repair, Sell, or Business & Volume form does not itself create a service agreement, a purchase or sale commitment, or a binding offer.

Machines shown as available on this site, when listed, are not offers for sale until we confirm the specifics with you directly.

Site content

The Boiler & Burr name, wordmark, photographs, text, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to Boiler & Burr. Please ask before reusing them beyond ordinary use of the site.

Updates to these terms

We update the date at the top of this page whenever we publish a change to it. Starting with a revision after this page first goes live, we also describe what changed in a note just below the date, for at least 30 days after that revision. An agreement already made with you for a specific repair or sale is governed by the terms agreed for that transaction, not by a later change here.
