Business & Volume

A technical buyer for espresso‑machine inventory.

We buy home, prosumer and super‑automatic machines from businesses and organizations — a single machine, a mixed lot or recurring supply, working, faulty or untested.

Austin-based · Larger opportunities considered beyond Central Texas

Inventory doesn’t need to arrive neatly sorted.

working · faulty · untested · incomplete · mixed

Approximate information is enough to start. Don’t test every machine or build a detailed inventory solely for our review.

Because Boiler & Burr evaluates machines technically — not simply as tested retail inventory — a mixed lot doesn’t have to be sorted into perfect working/non-working categories before we look at it.

A single machine or an ongoing source.

A business with a single machine can start a conversation here too — as can a mixed lot, or returns, surplus and trade-ins that show up again and again.

Start broad; Boiler & Burr asks for detail only where it changes the deal. A recurring source can settle into a simple, repeatable review as the relationship proves itself.

Distance is part of the deal, not the first filter.

Local pickup is straightforward. For larger or recurring opportunities, we work through pickup and freight where the economics support it — you don’t need to solve transportation before contacting us.

Start an inventory review

A rough outline is enough. We’ll review it and tell you what makes sense next.

  • Rough counts are fine—no need to test or organize everything first.
  • Working, faulty, untested or mixed inventory is welcome.

Review and send

How should we reach you?

That’s enough for us to review the opportunity. A phone number or email is all we need — everything else is optional.

Preferred reply

Text and call need a phone number; email needs an email address.

Sending this doesn’t commit you to anything. We’ll review what you send before asking for anything more.

Business & Volume inquiries are prioritized. Most messages are answered within 1–2 business days.

From the bench

Examples of how we trace faults and work through a repair — the same judgment we bring to a mixed lot.

Start broad. Get specific only when it matters.

  1. Send the outline

Approximate quantity, condition, location, and what you already know.

  2. We review it

Boiler & Burr asks for photos, a model list, or more detail only where it would change the offer.

  3. If there’s a fit, we talk specifics

Machine mix, condition, quantity, location and logistics shape a specific offer — pickup or freight discussed where it’s workable for the opportunity.

Don’t build a spreadsheet for us just to start the conversation.

Questions we get

Not covered here? Call or text (737) 339-1667.

What kinds of machines do you buy?
Home, prosumer and super‑automatic espresso machines — mixed brands and models in the same lot are fine.
Do all the machines need to work?
No — send it as it is. We sort out what’s usable once we see it.
Do I need a complete itemized list?
No. A rough count and general condition is enough to start; we’ll ask directly if a detailed list would actually help.
How is an offer worked out?
We review the machine mix, condition and practical logistics. Where there’s a fit, we discuss an offer for the whole lot or selected machines.
Do you handle inventory outside Austin?
Yes, potentially. Quantity, machine mix, timing and economics determine the practical logistics.
Do you work with recurring returns or surplus?
Yes, when the machine mix and economics make sense. Start with the broad supply pattern.

Have inventory to review?

Approximate information is fine. We’ll ask for more only when it helps.
