Repair · Refit · Recover

The right next step depends on the machine.

Its condition, the fault, parts availability, likely cost and what you want from it all shape which answer fits.

These aren’t three service packages. They’re three possible answers.

Repair
Fix the fault that interrupted an otherwise active machine.
Refit
Refurbish a machine that has fallen out of service, addressing the faults, wear or age needed to make it dependable again.
Recover
When the whole machine no longer makes sense to return to service, put its useful parts back to work in other machines.

How Boiler & Burr works.

  1. Tell us what’s going on

The make and model if you know it, what’s happening, and roughly where the machine is. For several machines, a rough count and condition mix is enough.

  2. We review and reply

We may ask for photos or a detail or two, then reply with a sensible next step.

Most messages are answered within 1–2 business days.

  3. Choose the sensible next step

Repair it, refit it, sell it, move the inventory—or simply leave with a better answer.

Local service is simplest to start with. Ship-in and larger logistics are always discussed after review, not before.

Start with what you have.
